I ran ran/walked for 45 minues yesterday. The training plan says to rest today. I think that I will run later though.

Ouch, well then he really doesn't expect me to make it. I find that my "bitter will" to visit Korea and Taiwan and bless them this summer has increased my creative energy. He has lost faith in me. He has not replied to my emails. I should not have been so honest in my MSN journal. Eun-hee too feared that I would not travel. I should have left it between me and God.
